The Corum Admirals Cup AC-One 45 Squelette reveals many numbers that would normally be hidden from view, thanks to its skeletonized design. The date of several watches is usually displayed on a rotating date dial, with the main date displayed through an aperture on the dial. This watch has no dial and displays all 31 dates with a corresponding date in a rectangular plate at 6 o'clock.

Usually, I talk about dials at this stage, but, in this case, there are no dials. This is an open watch, where the inner thoughts are freely expressed.
The hour and minute hands are skeletonized, which Corum describes as "Dauphine-variant". They have a wide, faceted profile with a luminous finish on their wide tips. Although also open, I didn't have a hard time seeing them, in part because of their gleaming shapes.
In contrast, the central sweep seconds hand is light. It has a narrow prong that meets the chapter ring and features a counterweight formed in the shape of the brand's key signature.
A rectangular silver-white plate at 6 o'clock provides a backdrop to highlight the current date. This, combined with the polished frame floating above, draws the eye to the relevant date. The font used has a modern, concise character.
The date display is an essential aspect of the design. Dates consisting of two numbers are arranged vertically, one above the other. The rest of the skeletonized disc is clearly visible, but not overly conspicuous. Glow-stick hour markers emanate from the chapter ring and project onto the date disc below. Complementing the inner flange, the maritime pennant also marks each hour.
Most notably, below the hours and minutes display, the movement is displayed publicly. I'll discuss this in more detail later.
The wearer can see through the watch from front to back, but I didn't see my hairy arm easily when leaning against it. I'm glad that's the case, as some of the skeletonized watches stick out of the Neanderthal wrist once placed on my arm, which I find unsightly.
Incorporated on the sapphire crystal back is the brand name and logo. They appear to float above the movement.

The case is made of grade 5 titanium for an enhanced modern look. It has a diameter of 45mm and a case height of 13.30mm. It's a solid timepiece, no doubt, but it actually doesn't seem as big as the spec sheet says it is, and it's comfortable to wear. The design uses different forms subtly, alleviating the sense of scale. The bezel consists of 12 facets.
The strap is located on the left side of the watch and consists of two flat surfaces that meet at a point near 9 o'clock. In contrast, the right-hand side of the Swiss replica watches USA appears more curved, as the black PVD-coated crown protector joins the strap, creating a curved angle. These subtle design elements create a particularly interesting and attractive aesthetic.
Corum puts a lot of effort into a few small details. The crown features two rows of rectangular handles that are easy to adjust and eye-catching. The clever mix of satin and polished surfaces on the case works really well.
The caseback of the Corum Admirals Cup AC-One 45 Squelette features sapphire crystal glass for an inner beauty. Interestingly, despite its deep beauty and refined craftsmanship, this watch is still very functional, with a maximum water resistance of 300m.

The self-winding calibre CO 082 is the star of the show. It publicly showcases its motivation with a visible gear train. I especially appreciate the sight of the exposed mainspring without the barrel lid. This is a watch that invites curious students to explore its form.
The oscillating mass is grey and openworked to reveal more movement underneath. It exudes a modern look.
The bridge also exhibits a modern touch, forming a shape that echoes the contours of the bezel. They include sharp edges, are produced using spark erosion technology, and feature a dark grey finish. Admiring the movement on the back of the watch, I love the view of the numbers on the date dial. They have an interesting look in reverse form. Vision makes people study numbers and appreciate their images.
While I love traditional grooming, I do love the sporty look. It is modern and innovative.
In the past, I have not always liked all models with Corum nomen, but in this case I found the Corum Admirals Cup AC-One 45 Squelette to be very appealing.
The openwork design invites the wearer to explore every element of its composition. I find myself always using words like "modern", "contemporary" and "novelty" to describe its constituent elements. It's a harmonious design that I personally find very appealing.
